Copper Dog has implemented, and continues to update its implementation, of the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as its web accessibility standard or other standards to the extent required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).

Know Exceptions to The Intended Level of Web Accessibility
While Boka Restaurant Group strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.
We use website popups occasionally to inform our users of current events and promotions. Popups may be closed by pressing the “ESC” button, the “X” button or by clicking out of the popup. Not all these methods may work. If you encounter an accessibility issue with our popup or have trouble exiting out, please contact us and we will make all reasonable efforts to assist and make the popup or page accessible for you.
